When I called you, thinking I called your office, on the Sunday afternoon before the day I was supposed to sign final documents with another lender, I certainly didn't expect to speak with anyone, so when you answered the phone I was quite surprised. After I explained to you that I had been working with a lender almost 90 days on our refinance, you quickly determined that you could do a loan for us at the same interest rate, save us $5,000, and completed it in 30 days.

I must say I was a bit skeptical about this, as was my wife, but after speaking with you for a while, I sensed that you could do what you said you could do. The next day I canceled the other loan.
